DOs:
• Change your password regularly.
• Memorize your user-id, password, M-PIN and keep those confidential.
• Always check the URL address of PensionSeva web portal on the address bar of internet browser. This should begin with "https"; the letter 's' at the end of "https" means 'secured'.
• Download the PensionSeva app (SBI) only from Google Play Store/ Apple App Store and keep it up to date whenever new updates are released.
• Install a comprehensive firewall/antivirus/anti-spyware software package on your computer & update the same on a regular basis.
• Log off completely every time after use.

Don’ts:
• Do not click on unknown links received on mobile/email.
• Don’t disclose/reveal your personal or confidential information to anyone over email/SMS/phone call.
• Never use the ‘Remember Password’ feature provided by browsers to save your password.
• Don’t open attachment or install free software from unknown sources.
